Privacy, thoughtfully.

This notice explains the information handled by this website. Croatia Luxury Experiences is an independent platform by Adriatic Ritual d.o.o., based in Crikvenica, Croatia. Contact: contact@adriaticritual.com.

Browsing the website

This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, an account system or an online payment form. The hosting provider may process standard connection information when serving pages.

Your shortlist

When you save an experience, its identifier is stored in your browser’s local storage. The shortlist is not uploaded to an online account. You can remove individual ideas with the heart control or clear this website’s data in your browser settings. Where storage is unavailable, saved ideas may only remain available during the current visit.

The journey planner and contact form

The planner and contact form prepare a message in your browser. Reviewing it does not send it. Where a “Send your enquiry” or “Send your message” option is shown, choosing it submits the details to this website’s enquiry service. A reference is displayed only after the service has retained the enquiry. A short-lived session cookie protects direct submissions, and limited connection information is used to reduce abuse. Selecting “Open email draft” instead passes the prepared text to your email application; you decide whether to send it. Copy controls place your prepared text on your clipboard.

We use the information you submit to respond to your request and manage related correspondence. Direct website enquiry records are retained for up to 180 days, unless a shorter period is requested or another basis requires retention. Email correspondence and subsequent booking records are managed separately. We do not add you to a marketing list through this form. Please do not include payment details, passport information, medical information or other sensitive personal information in these forms.

Photographs and typography

The website uses destination photography from Unsplash and typography from Google Fonts. Photography loads from Unsplash unless a local copy has been enabled by the website operator. Those third-party services may receive network information, including your IP address, when your browser requests a resource. Their own privacy notices apply to those requests.

External websites

Links to destination websites, information providers and other Adriatic Ritual platforms take you to separate websites. Their content and data handling may differ from this website.

Questions about your information

For enquiries about correspondence you have sent, or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, email contact@adriaticritual.com. Do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate process.
